What this site collects

The public pages do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The contact form stores your name, email address, optional company, optional country, inquiry type, message, and the time of submission. The file is on the same server as the website and is readable only by the site account. A network address is held in memory for about an hour to limit repeated submissions. New inquiry records do not include that address.

How long inquiries are kept

Inquiry records are kept for 12 months so ZedOS AI can reply, then removed automatically. You can ask for an earlier copy or deletion through the contact form. Say which email address the original message used. The site does not take payment. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers.

Other applications on this domain

The paths /freellmapi/ and /zanabot/ are separate applications on this server. They may set a session cookie so a signed-in person stays signed in. Those accounts are separate from the corporate contact form. Use each application’s own screens for those accounts.

Why the data is kept

Contact details are kept so ZedOS AI can reply to a request you chose to send. The site does not sell personal information and does not use the contact form to train a public model.

International visitors

The server is hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Bahrain’s personal data rules and the rules of a visitor’s own country can both apply. A formal transfer assessment is a matter for qualified legal review.

Changes

If the site adds analytics or a new form, this page will change in the same release. A cookie banner is not shown because the corporate pages do not set tracking cookies.
