Intelligent software
Applications shaped around the way a business actually runs: checkout, records, permissions, and the screens people use every day.
ZedOS AI · Bahrain
ZedOS AI engineers intelligent software, AI-powered automation, and connected business systems that make complex operations simpler, faster, and more reliable.
Founder-led technology company in Bahrain. Each product shows its current status.

01 — Capability

Applications shaped around the way a business actually runs: checkout, records, permissions, and the screens people use every day.

Models and workflow tools used where they remove repetitive work: reading documents, routing tasks, and assisting operators without hiding the decision.

Connected software for the core of a company: products, customers, staff, payments, and the reports owners look at to know what happened.

Desktop, Android, and server software that can keep working through poor connectivity and talk to the devices a shop or venue already uses.
02 — Products
shopOS, BenefitVoice, hospitality systems, and business automation. The status on each card is the current stage of the work.

A retail operating system covering the counter, the catalog, and the day after the sale.
View shopOS
A voice announcement tool for payment notifications on Android, aimed at Bahrain merchant counters. In development.
View BenefitVoice
Concept software for timed sessions, table state, and venue billing. Not a released venue product.
View Hospitality and entertainment systems
A practice and product direction for automating a real workflow: documents, handoffs, and the systems a company already has.
View Business automation03 — Approach
The work starts from an operational problem: a queue, a missed payment, a stock count, a venue session. The software is judged by whether that problem gets simpler.
Models help design, draft, and check software. People still decide what is correct, what ships, and what a business can rely on.
Data integrity, predictable failure, and recoverable workflows come before decorative features.
A powerful system that staff will not touch is unfinished. Screens are designed for the person at the counter, not only for the person who bought the software.
ZedOS AI is based in Bahrain and is built with GCC merchant, retail, and venue operations in mind, then structured so the same products can travel.
Local-first desktop tools, Android apps, and server systems are separated so a product can grow without a rewrite at the first new branch.
The same company can take a problem from interface and data model through to a build that runs. Scope is agreed before anything is called finished.
04 — Solutions
01
Checkout, inventory, pricing, customers, and the report an owner reads after close.
02
Sessions, tables, bookings, and bills for venues that sell time and attention.
03
Notification, reconciliation support, and a clearer view of transactions a merchant already receives.
04
Attendance, permissions, and staff workflows for small operations that have outgrown a shared password.
05
Document intake, extraction, routing, and assisted work where a person still approves what matters.
06
Purpose-built tools when the operation is specific and a template would cost more than it saves.
05 — Engineering
Interfaces that stay understandable as a product grows.
Desktop applications with a local-first core on Windows.
Mobile tools, including background work when a merchant cannot watch the screen.
Transactional data, from a shared server to a device that must work offline.
Language models, document intelligence, and assisted workflows where they earn their place.
HTTP integrations, webhooks, scanners, and printers when a workflow needs them.
Systems that degrade honestly when the network does, then catch up.
Least data, clear logs, and failures that can be seen and explained.
06 — Founder
Founder · Bahrain

Zanabal is an AI engineer and entrepreneur. ZedOS AI sits where software engineering, artificial intelligence, and the daily work of running a business meet. The company is being built by someone who uses those tools and has also had to operate a business, not only describe one.
That background shapes the portfolio: retail systems, merchant notification tools, venue operations, and automation for work that is still done by hand.
The company07 — Engagement
An approach, not a promise that every project takes the same number of weeks.
01
We learn the workflow, the people in it, and what failure costs. No solution is proposed from a slogan.
02
We choose the smallest system that fits: a product direction, a focused application, or an integration. Concepts are labeled as concepts.
03
We build, test the important paths, and correct what the workflow exposes. Timelines depend on the work and are not promised as universal.
04
Software goes into use, then gets tighter from real operation. Improvement is part of the engagement, not a surprise phase.
